  • Please re-record the music from somethiing other than a vinyl record with a scratch in it. I had to mute the sound, it was so annoying.

  • @Gothb4goth “Not letting the knees track past the toes”.= myth.

  • No pointers on how to squat safely to not injure the knees? Any beginner viewing this needs to know these things, such as not letting the knees track past the toes, etc. And Haloes are s-l-o-w, not fast like this. It’s not a race; it’s a grind move. Could be a good video with a few tips included to make sure moves are done effectively and safely.

  • I just bought some kettlebells but do I have to workout to stupid ‘alvin and the chipmunks’ soundtrack or could I use something normal

  • a very good opportunity to train with kettlebells, if you still can not swing, snatch and clean…
    great full body workout
    Thx for inspiration,
    Sebastian

  • I love your workouts. good job man!!! – Paul

  • You need to grab the kettlebell by it’s horns when doing the halo

  • worst. music. ever.

Nice workout though, the gal is H O T, and I like the MB45 workout DVD from Mr Garcia.

  • that music would put your head aff

  • THIS IS BEGINNER KETTLE? Shiiiii…. What she is doing is incredibly difficult and skilled. A person really JUST STARTING OUT with Kettles have not yet perfected precision and form. This girl has both “precision” and “form” down to a “T.” Beginners should start with SIMPLE “swings” and “lifts” (as you would do with free-weights) but lifting kettles and “going around your head” like this chick is doing is PRO-STUFF! A beginner can get hurt doing that move.

  • @Maddjoka I agree, I think is more about getting comfortable with the way a kettlebell feels, and is probably even geared toward someone who has little to no weight lifting experience, just to get them practicing their form.

  • Liking the squat curl.

  • He’s hot..

  • got a question what happen after doing months of this then being on bed rest almost 6 months to a year befor being able to start working out again.is that gonna hurt the body or be ok?thx

  • hot lady! who is she?

  • I suppose this could be good for getting somebody used to the feel of a kettlebell, but this is hardly a “kettlebell workout.” Each of these exercises could just as easily have been done with dumbbells.

  • OK workout, terrible music loop =P

  • Great beginners workout, however, the camera work could have been better (but the subject was super nice) and the music almost made me change to something else.

  • Goddamn alvin and the chipmunks

  • ive never worked out with kettlebells before and have only just returned to training after surgery. I did this 4 times a week as well as light jogging/cycling/swimming for 4 weeks and i feel great have shifted a few pounds already and have regained more strength than i thought i would of by this point. Brilliant thank you
Time to move on to a bit more of an advanced workout

  • Madonna che topa…

  • She is HOT!

  • Who is the artist of the song?

  • I like the deadlift. Could that be used as a way to teach someone the swing?
